Custom Parts and Assembly

Every application presents unique challenges, and off-the-shelf components are not always capable of meeting specific performance, dimensional, or environmental requirements. We boast the ability to transform customer concepts, drawings, and functional requirements into precision-engineered plastic components and assemblies tailored to the demands of their application.
With extensive machining expertise and a diverse range of manufacturing technologies, we are capable of producing custom components ranging from simple one-off parts to highly complex, tight-tolerance assemblies. By leveraging a combination of turning, milling, routing, drilling, tapping, fabrication, and advanced CNC machining processes, we can select the most efficient manufacturing route to achieve the desired performance, accuracy, and cost objectives.
Over the years, we have manufactured custom parts for a wide range of industries and applications. These include components for automotive automation systems, car body-in-white welding lines, engine and transmission assembly lines, robotics and material handling systems, as well as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and packaging machinery. Our experience also extends to mobile phone and electronics assembly fixtures, aerospace and defence applications, industrial automation equipment, testing systems, and general engineering machinery.
Beyond individual components, we are capable of producing complex multi-part assemblies that integrate precision-machined plastic components with metallic hardware and fastening systems. Depending on the application requirements, assemblies may incorporate helicoils, threaded metal inserts, precision bushings, bearings, and other engineered elements to enhance strength, durability, and functionality.
Material selection is a critical aspect of custom part development, and our expertise spans a broad spectrum of polymer materials. We routinely machine standard plastics such as HDPE, Polypropylene (PP), PVC, and Acrylic as well as engineering plastics including Nylon (PA), Acetal (POM), PET, UHMWPE, and Polycarbonate. For demanding applications requiring exceptional mechanical, thermal, chemical, or wear-resistant properties, we work with advanced engineering materials such as PEEK, PVDF, PTFE, PPS, and other high-performance polymers.
From prototype development and product validation to production-ready components and assemblies, our team works closely with customers to optimize designs, select suitable materials, and determine the most effective manufacturing process. Through careful planning, precision machining, and rigorous quality control, we deliver custom-engineered solutions that meet the exact requirements of modern industrial applications.
