Engineering Plastics
What are Engineering Plastics?
Engineering plastics are durable, performance-focused polymer materials used where strength, wear resistance, dimensional stability, and precision machining are important.
Plastic Engineering Solution supplies and machines Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE), Polyoxymethylene (POM), Polycarbonate (PC), Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET), Polyamide 6 (PA6), and Polyamide 66 (PA66) for demanding industrial applications.
Our Portfolio
Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE)
Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) is a tough, wear-resistant engineering plastic used for components that face continuous friction, abrasion, impact, and material movement. It offers low friction, excellent impact strength, low moisture absorption, and long service life, making it ideal for conveyor guides, wear strips, liners, chutes, and material handling parts.
Polyoxymethylene (POM)
Polyoxymethylene (POM), also known as Acetal, is a precision engineering plastic used for components that require high stiffness, dimensional stability, low friction, and excellent machinability. It is suitable for gears, bushings, rollers, valve parts, and close-tolerance machined components used in industrial machinery and automation systems.
Polycarbonate (PC)
Polycarbonate (PC) is a strong, transparent, and impact-resistant engineering plastic used in applications that require toughness, dimensional stability, and good electrical insulation. It is suitable for machine guards, protective covers, electrical components, transparent panels, and precision industrial parts where strength and clarity are important.
Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET)
Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) is a strong, dimensionally stable engineering plastic known for its good wear resistance, low moisture absorption, and excellent machinability. It is suitable for precision components, guides, rollers, wear parts, and industrial machine elements where stability, strength, and consistent performance are required.
Polyamide 6 (PA6)
Polyamide 6 (PA6), commonly known as Nylon 6, is a versatile engineering plastic used for components that require good mechanical strength, wear resistance, toughness, and machinability. It is suitable for bushings, gears, rollers, wear pads, guides, and structural machine parts used in industrial equipment and material handling systems.
Polyamide 66 (PA66)
Polyamide 66 (PA66), commonly known as Nylon 66, is a high-strength engineering plastic used for components that require superior stiffness, wear resistance, heat resistance, and dimensional stability. It is suitable for gears, bearings, bushings, rollers, electrical parts, and precision machine components operating under higher load and temperature conditions.
