Quality Control & Inspection

Quality is at the core of everything we manufacture. As a supplier of precision-machined engineering plastic components, we understand that dimensional accuracy, consistency, and reliability are critical to the performance of the final product. To ensure that every component meets customer specifications, we maintain a dedicated Quality Control and Inspection department staffed by trained personnel and supported by advanced measurement and inspection equipment.

Our manufacturing capabilities routinely achieve tight dimensional tolerances, with certain critical components requiring accuracies as stringent as ±0.010 mm. Such precision demands a rigorous quality management process that begins at the first stage of production and continues through final inspection. Each component is verified against engineering drawings and customer requirements to ensure conformity before dispatch.

To support these requirements, we have invested in a dedicated inspection facility equipped with modern metrology instruments. Our inspection infrastructure includes a CNC Video Measuring Machine (VMM) fitted with a state-of-the-art Renishaw probing system, enabling accurate and repeatable measurement of complex geometries, hole locations, profiles, and critical dimensions. This capability is particularly valuable for components with intricate features and tight positional tolerances.

In addition, we utilize a range of precision measuring instruments, including digital vernier calipers, digital micrometers, and a granite surface table with a height gauge for accurate dimensional verification. These tools allow us to inspect components of varying sizes and complexities while maintaining consistent measurement standards across production batches.

For customers with enhanced quality and traceability requirements, we provide detailed First Article Inspection (FAI) and ballooning reports. These reports identify and verify critical dimensions against drawing specifications, providing customers with documented evidence of compliance before production proceeds. We also maintain comprehensive inspection records and quality documentation, ensuring full traceability and supporting continuous process improvement.

Our quality philosophy extends beyond inspection alone. By integrating precision measurement systems with advanced CNC machining, online probing technologies, and process controls, we strive to prevent deviations rather than simply detect them. This proactive approach enables us to consistently deliver components that meet the stringent requirements of industries such as electronics, aerospace, defence, medical, automation, and industrial manufacturing.
